The rooms of the hotel were brand-new and lovely modern with a modern design, the bathroom, coffee. An electric kettle, a fridge, and glassware worked well. The staff was especially helpful and really helpful, ELEGANT atmosphere.

Comfortable room with a refreshing pool in the garden.

I was quite disappointed with the limited free shuttle service which was only available at specific times and for a maximum of eight people. We missed out on using it multiple times. The lack of dining options in and around the hotel was frustrating, as the nearby choices were only fast food chains. Finally, the room felt a bit dated, and I noticed some cleanliness issues.

Hotel was quiet and ideal!

The stay was absolutely very good. We loved the remote location and how fairly clean the place was kept. The rooms were fashionable and soundproof with very comfortable beds.

Highly recommend for family-friendly amenities and breakfast.

A lovely garden with hidden gems

The hotel radiated a cute charm. The garden pool was a hidden oasis. I enjoyed the creative breakfast options, particularly the walnut bread paired with honey. The staff was helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to ensure my needs were met. Near the hotel, I discovered a large shopping center with local food offerings, a good surprise.

While the no noise around are a plus, the hotel is located on the outskirts of the city. This meant it took a bit longer to reach the main attractions. Some areas in the room could use a little more attention, as they had not been thoroughly cleaned. I did notice the shower layout could be challenging, especially for those who prefer a more traditional setup.

The themed rooms are a quirky touch-stayed in a 'pink' room that was surprisingly cozy and clean. Plus, the free shuttle service made it easy to ditch the car and head into the chaos of the city whenever we wanted.

The hotel sits on the outskirts, surrounded by a shopping area on one side and industrial sites on the other, which might feel a bit isolated for some. The pool area tends to get overcrowded, and there's chatter of parties that can get a little rowdy, diminishing relaxation time. No air conditioning means hot days can be uncomfortable, especially given the odd room temperature control issues. Plus, dining options are limited. The hotel doesn't serve dinner, leaving you with only nearby fast food chains, which isn't ideal if you want a decent meal after a long day in the city.

The atmosphere here is family-friendly, complete with a good outdoor playground and ample play areas for children. I particularly enjoyed the wide variety of breakfast options, especially the homemade muffins and savory dishes that satisfied everyone's appetite. The absence of air conditioning made warmer days uncomfortable, and I found the location a bit isolated from main attractions. Some areas could use more thorough cleaning to enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

Super comfy stay with great pools!

Staying here was awesome! The garden pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring. I loved how modern and clean everything was. Breakfast had lots of yummy options, but it would have been nicer to see a few more hot dishes. Really enjoyed my stay!

I had a nice stay with a comfy bed and refreshing whirlpool-really enjoyed those! But the dirty mugs in our room were a letdown. I'd consider staying again.

The aura is a lovely hotel with a fine outdoor area and a relaxing wellness pool that makes you feel refreshed. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options that ensured my son and i could find something we loved. The staff were cheerful and eager to help.

I stayed in a Junior Suite, and it was super comfy! The room was spacious and well-equipped with large TVs and a fridge. Loved the stylish decor and the comfy beds. I slept like a baby! The bathroom was modern and had a nice aesthetic. Plus, the nearby outdoor playground is a bonus if you're traveling with kids. Just a bummer about the lack of air conditioning, especially on warmer days.

Had a blast with friends! The rooms were spacious and cozy. We enjoyed the pool and breakfast. The shuttle made it easy to see sights like the shopping mall and a cool local restaurant. Staff were super nice and parking was a big help too.

One thing to note is the bathroom door handle. It was a bit sharp and could be a hazard.
